Laura Haring Bligh, Founder & Principal Consultant
Laura offers a decade of experience helping nonprofit organizations across the United States leverage data to improve client services and outcomes. She has dedicated her career to helping organizations shift to a data-informed culture, working with nonprofit leaders to collect, analyze, and use data to oversee program operations and measure client impact. Laura is committed to helping vulnerable populations access assistance quickly and easily, and has worked with organizations to develop new technologies to more efficiently connect disaster survivors, immigrants, and low-income individuals with the information and services they need. Laura passionately believes that legal and social service programs can expand their impact by ensuring that the right people have access to the right information at the right time – and provides individually tailored data design services to help organizations achieve this.
Prior to founding LHB Analytics, Laura was Director of Performance Management & Evaluation at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, a large multi-service Settlement House in New York City. She also previously worked as a Data Analyst and Grant Writer for the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG). Laura received her Master of Public Administration from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where she is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service teaching a course on Performance Measurement and Management to graduate-level students.
